Privacy

By default we don’t directly collect any information that could be used to personally identify you. We anonymise your IP through Google Analytics as well.
If you choose to contact us via the contact form, we will use this information to contact you in relation to your enquiry and will only keep the information as long as it’s relevant.

If you contact us via the live chat widget present on the bottom of the screen, you need to be aware that the form is hosted by a third party company and the information is processed via their servers. They have released a privacy statement about how they use this information is captured and handled here; vCita Customer Data Protection Addendum and their privacy policy here. Again, we will only use this information to contact you in relation to your enquiry and keep the information only as long as it’s relevant.

We use a Facebook Feed plugin to display social media content on our website. As a result, our website makes requests to Facebook’s servers in order to display images and videos. These requests make your IP address visible to Facebook, who may use it in accordance with their data privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/update

We embed a Facebook widget to allow you to see information about, and “like”, our Facebook page.
